Wilson Aber’s, an Alera Group Company is seeking a Lead Human Resource Services Partner to join our Human Resource’s team. This opportunity is primarily a remote, “work from home” position, with limited office visits required!

Responsibilities

  • Lead team and mentor other HR professionals.
  • Direct HR team members to execute all activities related to the HR function for our clients.
  • Communicate, plan, and prioritize to execute daily responsibilities.
  • Provide regular feedback and guidance in order to ensure operations run smoothly and the clients’ needs are being met.
  • Utilize multiple technologies, such as Excel, Word, Adobe and HRIS systems to execute projects and track/share information.
  • Play a key role in developing new opportunities with clients and prospects, during initial meetings through proposal development/presentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience.
  • SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR Certification preferred.
  • Experience working with customers/clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite systems.
