GCG, an Alera Group Company is seeking a Client Service Manager (Company Sponsored Retirement Plan) to join their Wealth Management team.

The Client Service Manager (CSM) provides extraordinary client service as a dedicated member of a client service team. The CSM must demonstrate a commitment to client service through timely, confidential responses, exceptional work ethic and a positive attitude. Successful candidates will be highly dependable with exceptional organizational skills and have a strong understanding of ERISA. Strong project management abilities are also critical to meeting and exceeding expectations in this role.
The CSM reports to a Sr. Vice President, Wealth Management, and is responsible for supporting retirement plan advisors on client service matters and operational tasks.
